DSM Group recognises that Slavery and human trafficking is a worldwide reality and an abomination of this modern age.  DSM takes a robust approach and is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and to ensuring that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. Responsibilities for the company’s anti-slavery initiatives is as follows:

  • Policies & Procedures – The Office Manager in conjunction with external HR advisors is responsible for putting in place and reviewing procedures
  • Risk Assessments – Directors and Senior Managers are responsible for risk assessing all activities ensuring that contractors and suppliers meeting our standards and values and that all staff are aware of the problem and what they must do if these standards are not met.
  • Supply Chain – Directors and departmental heads are responsible for compliance in their respective departments for their supplier relationships.
  • Material Source, Services & Equipment – the company only utilises specified reputable companies to source and supply goods, services and equipment.
