People

We operate a flat management structure with the management tier below the Directors all having responsibility and autonomy to make decisions on behalf of the organisation with the full support of the Directors. The professional management team is complemented by a well-trained workforce of over 118 people including experienced demolition and asbestos removal operatives. Specialist teams include Health & Safety, Environmental, CAD Technicians and Asbestos Surveyors.

With an ongoing investment in the latest plant and equipment, DSM Demolition are able to offer clients the most efficient and cost effective range of services across the board.
In turn, this investment in state of the art plant and machinery also allows us to complete projects quicker with less machine downtime whilst also being able to call upon the most appropriate plant or machines for the job in hand without using third parties.
